To eliminate stress for the bride on the day of the wedding, we recommend a minimum two night stay at the hotel in one of our ocean-view suites. We do offer a complimentary one-night stay in the bridal suite, with a discounted rate on the second night, when your reception is held at the hotel.
We do allow outside catering, however, the sale and service of alcoholic beverages is regulated by the State of California and our hotel is responsible for the administration of those regulations. It is the hotel's policy that all alcoholic beverages must be provided by the hotel.
Absolutely. Additional menu selections and customized proposals are available from our Catering Manager and Executive Chef who will be happy to customize a menu based on your needs. The Sheraton Delfina also offers complete catering and event services for both on and offsite events.
We offer all our Brides the opportunity to experience our Chef's unique food tasting four to six weeks prior to the wedding. All tastings are coordinated with your Catering Manager.
Food and beverage selections must be finalized and confirmed with your Catering Manager at least 14 days in advance to guarantee availability due to seasonality of some selections. Requests for substitutions must be submitted three (3) business days prior to event, and are subject to availability and Hotel approval. Parties of 12 or more must pre-select a menu.
The hotel must be notified of the exact number of guests attending a function at least 72 working hours prior to the start of the event. This will be considered a guarantee.

Yes. We will be more than happy to provide you with recommended vendors. Please consult with your Catering Manager for a recommended list of creative and qualified wedding professionals.
To secure a date, a signed contract and non-refundable deposit is required. Deposits range anywhere from $500 to $3,000 depending on the estimated value of the event. A full estimated prepayment of the event is due two weeks prior to the wedding date. A credit card will need to be on file to accommodate any overages on the day of the event.
Our standard Wedding Package includes six hours of service and all events must conclude at midnight.
Yes. Valet parking is available and will be included in your wedding package price.
