• Create an estimate of charges, banquet event orders and floor plans reflecting the details of your wedding.
• Arrange and attend your menu tasting.
• Oversee the ceremony and reception and be the on-site liaison between your wedding coordinator and the hotel operations staff.
• Create a timeline for your entire wedding day.
• Coordinate your ceremony rehearsal.
• Confirm call times and details with all vendors.
• Coordinate the wedding ceremony and gather all valuables upon conclusion.
• Review your final bill for completeness of detail.
